Converge advises all Candidates and Client Organisations that the PRISM platform will be closed for planned maintenance on Wednesday 20th May from 12:00 PM to approximately 6:00 PM AEST.

This update introduces important changes to the PRISM platform’s infrastructure. These enhancements enable us to further refine automation and performance in line with our commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

Important steps for candidates

If you are a candidate who is due to complete any services in the PRISM system, you will not be able to access, complete or submit any services during the maintenance period. Any progress you have made will be saved prior to the upgrade.

Make sure you have not planned any tasks during the maintenance period.
