Why Employers use these Assessments
Reading resumes, hosting job interviews and conducting reference checks is a very subjective task in the recruitment process. Using SafeSelect’s assessments allow employers to make hiring decisions based on validated, proven specialised pre-employment screening tests.
This means greater reliability in finding key staff holding similar behaviours to others in the same industry.
How Employers use these Assessments
When the assessments are complete, a final report is made available to key staff from the Organisation.
Those key staff from the Organisation has access and are required to keep that confidential. The key staff have support from SafeSelect, but no other party has access.
SafeSelect recommends Organisations review the final report with all other information provided, including references, resumes, interview & other interactions when deciding how to proceed.
What happens to the Assessments after
Organisations are required to keep records for a significant time, so the final reports will stay on file.
The reports were created for the Organisation, who was trained to interpret, so they are not available, even to the candidate.
