How to Start Tests in PRISM Platform

Having registered your PRISM account, or returned to your PRISM account, the next step is to start the assigned Test(s).
On the PRISM platform are a range of different tests, but all have the same process from start to finish. This guide will follow all the standard steps to expect.

📘 Instructions

Log in to your PRISM Account with your email and password to get to the Home Screen

  1. In the top left corner is the PRISM logo - click this at any time to return to the Home Screen

  2. In the top right corner is the person icon where you can choose to see your personal information or sign out

  3. Under Test Events, is where you will see all your current and past test events - this is what you want!

  4. In the Action column, click Start Test.

  5. Candidate Confirmation screen will appear next. We need your first name, last name & date of birth to continue

  6. Click Update to add your Date of Birth & edit your name if needed. (Emails cannot be changed).
    Click Confirm to move to the next stage.

  7. Informed Consent for Suitability Assessment screen will appear next.

  8. Review the terms and click Agree to move forward.

  9. Candidate Background Questions screen will appear next. We do capture a few personal details to assist with your application.

  10. Click Save, them Yes, Submit! to complete this section.

  11. Now you can start your specific test(s) by clicking Start Test.
    Note - you can exit and return until the Test expires, so you can complete the Test in batches, though most people find it easier to complete in one go.

  12. When done, click Save Answers and Finish Test, then click Yes, Submit on the pop up window.
    However, only do this if you are confident with your responses - you cannot return again within 12 months of completing the assessment.

  13. You will be returned to the Home Screen, where the Test status will change to Completed.

Did you finish everything? Always check the Home screen to make sure your Test Status has changed to Completed. You don’t want to miss out due to a technicality!
