Return to Your PRISM Account
After you Activate your PRISM Account, you can return at any time to complete any outstanding assessments, review what personal information is held, and show a history of prior assessments.
Your account remains active indefinitely, so if you are invited to another assessment in the future, use the same credentials to return to your PRISM Account.

To access your PRISM account
On the login screen, enter your email and password
If you can’t remember your password, click Forgot Password to reset your account
When you complete an assessment, you are doing this for the recruiters, who are often required to retain records well beyond the recruitment period. We try to ensure you can always see what records are being held about you.
