Help! Cannot complete Cognify or Emotify tests

🤔 Problem

Two of the tests SafeSelect provides via the PRISM platform are the Cognify test & the Emotify test. We partner with the Criteria company and integrate the tests to make it easier to complete.

The problem may be getting stuck and unable to move forward, or concerns about responsiveness during these timed tests.

🌱 Solution

As these are specialised tests, we have specialised help from the Criteria Company.

  1. Go to the site https://www.criteriacorp.com/candidates/candidate-faqs

  2. Allow all cookies on this website

  3. Review the FAQs or click the chat button bottom right of screen

  4. clicking the Chat button asks to Submit your name & email address (so they can investigate & respond)

  5. put your question to the Chat Bot - it tends to answer 90% of cases, otherwise passes all the right details on to the Criteria Technicians to investigate for you.

The Criteria team will help you complete the Criteria Cognify & Emotify sections of the assessments.
Always check your PRISM home screen to ensure your test status has updated to Completed or Released, as this is what your Organisation sees.
