Help! The Test Expired, Need More Time
🤔 Problem
Every Test in the PRISM platform is only open for a limited time, as this is always a small part of a larger recruitment process. This means, when you log in, the Start button is not there and the Action says Test Expired.
🌱 Solution
As the expiry date of the Test is set by the Organisation, they will need to give permission for any extension. To help support your case, please let us know the following:
Were there extenuating circumstances that prevented you completing the assessment
Were there technical issues during the assessment
Are there any other factors to speak of.
Create a SafeSelect Support ticket so we can investigate and let the Organisation know.
